Consistently good food and attentive service; dinner was better than lunch. Fish of the day is always fresh & tasty (we ordered it several times over the course of two weeks.) That, with the service they provide and ambiance makes this a special place.

We went here for lunch, but weren't staying at Harbor Village. We didn't realize this was in the resort itself, so would recommend calling ahead to make sure you can go in. They seem to be hesitant about outsiders coming in, which is respectful to their guests. Stunning views, near the restaurant.

We only came for drinks (virgin) at the bar and were so delighted with Mark, the bartender. He was so friendly and nice and we had a great time chatting with him. He made us some delicious drinks that were perfect for the exceptionally hot day.

The Balandra restaurant was delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We ate here three times a day every day as a family and never got tired of it!We especially liked the fact that the restaurant offered specials that changed every day for lunch and dinner. They were delicious and the fish were all very fresh! Our two children also enjoyed the fact that they could choose amazing dishes and eat fresh fish just like the adults by ordering off of the children’s menu, which offered them a lot of great choices but in smaller portions. The setting was also beautiful - incredible sunsets and fish were swimming just next to your table! We hope to come back soon for more delicious meals and fresh fish!

Best kept secret on the island. Tucked away on the water in Harbour Village Resort, this restaurant has the perfect ambiance for outdoor dining. The staff is amazing. The menu is excellent. The wine list is surprisingly good. The food is perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Everything was great from start to finish. Check out the tarpons swimming by all night attracted by the underwater lights.

Located inside of a large resort property, this restaurant has a cute pirate ship theme and a lovely setting. Getting inside and figuring out where to go was a little complicated–we had to walk around several ways before finding someone working there who could direct us to where the restaurant was. The property is highly secured, which is great, but more direction and organization is needed for patrons visiting the restaurant who are not staying on the property. The food was good, but compared to other places on the island it wasn’t my favorite. 7/10.

This restaurant is situated in Harbor Village. It is an amazing location with a wonderful view. The menu is rich enough and the quality of the food is outstanding. The prices are somewhat high. The restaurant is a kind of hidden for the society and it took us an effort to find it. But for the fine taster a must do when you are in Bonaire. René & Menekşe.

Expensive, meager portions and so so quality. Got the v catch of the day, tuna. Served sliced to hide the small amount of fish, a few veggies came with it, but no dric or starch of any kind. Tuna tasted old. Cost $30. Others in our party were similarly unimpressed.Breakfast here is will done, although resort priced, which moved it from 2 to 3 stars for me.

Sea-Side Dining

Executive Chef Rodrigo Sanchez brings Balandra’s menu to life with fresh, in-season ingredients delivered right to the restaurant’s dock.

Dinner guests have the opportunity to experience over-the-water “aquarium seats” towards the bow of the ship, where LCD lights penetrate through the water to reveal sea creatures swimming by.
