This has become a regular breakfast stop while in Bonaire on vacation. The service is great and it’s a great place for a full breakfast or just a cup of coffee if that’s what you’re looking for

Asked for WiFi code and the staff will give you this once you order a drink. Plus they input the code into each mobile phone themselves. Prices were ok for drinks and plenty of people dropping off for.light lunch when we visited.

Ate here twice while visiting Bonaire. I enjoyed the catch of the day both times, Scott had Spaghetti Bolognese and Beef Fajitas. Everything was delicious. The fajitas smell spicier than they are.

It was raining very hard so we ran in and ordered two daiquiris one mango one they were very good.After developing a brain freeze I ordered the Irish coffee it was Amazing came with Whipped cream on the side , served with chocolate.I didn't take pictures it was raining so hard... Wished I had .A great value for the cruise area

Amazing. We ordered the catch of the day salad. Very delicious, staff were extremely helpful and nice. Would recommend to everyone visiting to go there.

Most of the current crew we interacted with was not very pleasant. We arrived a bit late, 7:30. (Late for Bonaire). So before taking seats I asked if they were still serving dinner and not just drinks. The gentleman just ever so slightly nodded but with quite a stern unhappy look on his face. Not being sure what that meant, I asked again, same response. Later we heard him speaking English, so it wasn't a language barrier. So that was odd.Then we ordered nachos as an appetizer because they sounded great. What we got was a small bowl of chips with tiny cups of salsa, guacamole, and something that tastes like macaroni and cheese without the noodles, as an odd cheese dip. That is not nachos, that is chips and salsa.Then we dealt with two waitresses. One was also fairly unpleasant, but the other was great.Our main meal, the fajitas, was quite good.When we asked for the check it came in a timely manner.So, overall not terrible. But even though they served food for quite a while still (until 10), multiple of their staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being there. And those nachos needed serious work. But the main meal was fine. Hence the 3 stars. So, fine to try, but there are so many other places we had solid friendly service and better food.

Always love El Mundo. We were here this time to watch the American Football game between KC Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens. They brought on extra staff as the place was packed. They did a great job of keeping up with everyone. Their Greek Platter is super good.

The wait was very long because they don't speak good English!But the damn food was great ! I had salad steak and rice and gravy ,and BABY THAT GOD DAMN GRAVY WAS TOO DAMN GOOD ! IM STILL THINKING ABOUT IT ! They could use a better cut of meat for the steak but that rice and gravy was the bomb ! Great place to eat !

Food was very good and large portions for the price. Only outdoor seating but a lot of it, and they were able to handle our group of 8 easily. Only issue was checking out. We said separate checks quite a few times then still had to get things redone. Everyone was nice

Nice café / restaurant to have some typical Dutch breakfast or lunch with a hot/cold coffee. Several sports events can be watched here whilst enjoying a beer as well. Would recommend visiting for breakfast or lunch whenever you are near the kralendijk Boulevard.

The food was fresh and the servings were generous. This was obviously a favorite with locals, especially those with kids. They bring a dinner roll per person. The rolls were yummy. The quesdillas were better than the nachos. The salsa was great.

We were looking for a restaurant and bar close to the cruise ship terminal, El Mundo seemed like the obvious choice! It was right there only a few minutes away and super convenient. We sat ourselves and were thankful to beat the rush of the cruise crowd. Shortly after we arrived, they began turning away customers as they were filled to capacity. We ordered the shrimp tacos and a few drinks. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive. Drinks were OK, but they could have used a little more spirit added to them. I believe the staff was trying their best to accommodate everyone. Make sure you have enough time to spend here without having to stress if the service is slow. If you are in a rush, I recommend ordering your food and drinks at the same time. Then, request the check as soon as your food arrives so you don't have to wait to find your server.

Delicious food and decent service. Sometimes restaurants on the main strip are more about flash and location, and come up short on the actual food quality. We did not find that about this place. The meals were excellent and everybody was happy with what they had. Great location right by the main square in town.

Nice spot! Outdoor type style watering hole. If you come in on a ship, it’s only a 5 minute walk. The staff is very friendly.

We each had the crispy tacos, which were very good. Only 2 on the plate for $18.50 U.S. which is pricey for this modest amount of food. The restaurant reminds me of a latin sports bar. Our waitress was kind and helpful. It's pleasant to sit outside and watch the world go by in downtown Kralendijk.

We met some other sailors here one night to share sea stories, since our boats had not been in the same harbor since Puerto Rico. They picked El Mundo to eat at and I am so glad they did! The food was wonderful, and the margaritas were the best I have had east of Mexico! Definitely make sure to check this place out. You will not be disappointed.Sailing Pachamama on Youtube

Passed through on a cruise and this came recommended by a local. It was pricey and our wiatress quite indifferent. But the goat stew was fantastic!! It was listed a s a local dosh and I highly recommend. I haven't loved goat in the past but this was good and everyone with me tried it and also loved it. It comes with plenty of food too. If the service had been a little more attentive I would've absolutely loved this place!

Great breakfast place. The Dutch pancake was delicious as was the omelets. We also had the Hawaiian toastie that reminded me of my time in New Zealand. Highly recommend for a nice breakfast..

One of the best restaurants so far on Bonaire for a nice menu or just grab a snack platter and just relax with friends drink a cocktail. The owner is super friendly and takes good care of his guests, you will want to go back over and over again.

Where you sit back and we serve a wonderful variety of world favorite food on your plate. Kuminda Krioyo (local food), International dishes or even Indonesian dinners, nothing is too much for you.

Our expanded seating area covers a large number of dinner tables as well as high bar tables, it doesn’t matter if you wish to sit down for a drink and a game or enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are welcome to join us. Of course you are also welcome to join us at the cozy bar.

At El Mundo we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is open non-stop every day from 8am till 10pm and the bar till 11pm, so we are always ready to serve you.

Located along the main town square “Wilhelmina Plein”, we are also a very popular hangout for all those sports lovers who enjoy watching mayor games on our big screen TVs.
