Bon Wokkie is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. The Bali Veggie with noodles, fried onions, and peanut sauce was flavorful and satisfying. The outdoor seating is cute and adds to the laid-back vibe. Personally, I would have liked a bit more heat in the dish, but that’s just my preference. Overall, a solid choice for a casual bite in Bonaire!

A beautiful place to eat on site or take home, a great variety of meals prepared on the spot and with a delay of less than 20 minutes, the service is warm and friendly, highly recommended.

Located in the heart of Kralendijk Bonaire. Great for Vegan options. Small for sit down seven or so tables. Great for takeout and sit by the beach wall

New owners as of 2024! I got to meet Hans and his daughter in the first day, lovely family!The food was excellent (consistent per another guest who had been eating there for years).We had the Korean beef bowl, Jakarta chicken, and Thai tofu… all delicious and we have plenty for leftovers.Will be back! Best of luck for the new owners!

Ordered the dumplings they were good. Also ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl. Hard to find the tuna in it. Least amount of tuna I have ever seen in a poke bowl. As far as the island goes, everything is pricy.

The food is ok. It’s tasty but don’t expect to get the typical flavors of the countries that they represent e.g. I had the Tokyo Beef. It was tasty but had no Japanese flavors at all. My friend had a Indonesien vegetarian dish and it tasted almost the same. However, service very fast and friendly. You won’t do anything wrong by trying it out ? Outside seating is limited to two small tables. It’s rather a takeout place.

Came here for dinner. They have a nice variety of options including stir fries, poke bowls and appetizers. I appreciate the vegan options, since there are few restaurants on the island that have anything vegan on their menus. Friendly service.

Best food we've had in Aruba or Bonaire. Large portion, healthy, and YUMMY! Loved it so much that we even ordered an entire additional box to save for lunch for the following day. Friendly staff too.

No shortage of expensive tourist restaurants on Bonaire frequented by tourists who did not read my review of Bon Wokkie. Great food here too at an affordable price. No complicated menu, just great food, ample portions and located right in Playa where the action is. Check them out when you first arrive, since you may want to go back again! Then tell your friends!

If it wasn’t already for the island itself, I would only take the 12 hour flight to Bonaire again to taste that Jakarta Chicken one more time. I haven’t taste a food that delicious for a long time! Thanks for the experience.BTW: prices and staff are awesome as well ✌?
