The term “Foodtruck” just got a new meaning. Experience STOKED, a brand new classy mobile restaurant serving affordable but great burgers, sandwiches and vegetarian food.

From our bus we will serve creative, colorful, healthy food that will surprise you! We will do burgers of course, but we will dazzle as does our bus!

Aside from regular a la carte, we will organize all kinds of amazing food events, such as “Bali Night” where we will transform the surroundings into a display of one of the most romantic tropical destinations on earth. We will do a gastronomic Tapas Night with astounding small dishes you can choose from! We will do a “Chef Takeover” where we invite Chefs from anywhere to take over the bus and present their skills on your plates! We will bring popular DJ Lounge dinners where local and internationals DJs will play smooth tunes while you enjoy culinary surprises.

We found her in Prague, a stylish lady in red. Originated in the dazzling capitol of England and finding her way into a movie role in Prague.

We decided that this lady should travel to the Caribbean and shine in a brand new role as the ultimate foodtruck!
We’re customizing this amazing British Double decker into a dazzling mobile restaurant with bistro-style seating upstairs and a state-of-the-art kitchen below, accompanied by a little souvenir store.

To showcase Bonaire’s culinary wealth, a 15-day culinary event is organized that takes place on the entire island, starting on May 23rd up to and including June 6th.
