We've traditionally ended our vacation every year for the past 5 years with dinner at At Sea. The quality of the menu and quantity and quality of the dishes has gone down to the point that we'll now be ending this tradition. The meal quality was inconsistent. We loved the truffle and seafood risottos but the duck and pork belly dishes were unimpressive...that is to say one was ordinary and the other unpleasant. However the oysters and desserts were very good. The service was also erratic, with one ordered item not being brought, the inadaquatly trained, unknowledgable staff were not well prepared to answer questions about the menu, and after my husband had paid the bill, a guest at our table requested that our server let him see the bill and the server just handed him a copy of the bill without asking our permission. Still there were some highlights to the meal, so 3 stars. It's sad really, because we used to love this place.

We went for my birthday and ordered several plates from the many menu items. The portions are small so we shared about 6 courses and bottle of delicious Chilean wine. We enjoyed each plate- lion fish ceviche, langostino bisque x2, pork belly, seafood risotto, duck breast, and desserts- cherry, vanilla ice cream, and Chocolate Desire! Sounds like a lot, but portions are small and it was perfect! Other than one incident involving a loud angry outburst from a customer across the restaurant, it was a very pleasant evening. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll go back. It’s a restaurant for grownups and is looking out on the water.

We tried the tasting menu and it was ok. The service and atmosphere were better than the food.

Great food! We did the 6 course dinner with wine pairing and every course was very tasty and cooked deliciously. The service was very great as well.Several people in our party had food allergies and they made sure to take it very serious so that we had no worries during each course.I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice restaurant. You can also see the sunset which is an added bonus!

Pure art! My husband and I ordered the surprise four-course and we were blown away. The different flavors, colors, textures and presentation made this dinning experience very unique. Of course it's a little pricey but if you're a foodie and appreciate food and art it's totally worth it.

In general, the meal is made of several small portions. You can do it on yourself or better yet, choose a four or five serving meal. In mine, the third serving was an excellently prepared beef Wellington. The servings follow the modern trend of being a treat to the eye as well as the palate.

Amazing food but the service could have been way better. Two out of the three people serving us didn’t even look at us while serving and explaining the food. The food was worth the price service wasn’t.

I went here on my trip to bonaire and I got the 4 course surprise meal. While the portions were small the food made up for is in flavor. The service was great and the chef explained my food very well. Being a giant foodie and someone who would like to be a chef I would say that the restaurant is Michelin star worthy. Thank you to all chefs and waitresses who were there.

Very expensive...mediocre service...nice ambiance, although not much breeze. Food was nice to look at, artsy, small portions.

Definitely one of the best restaurants on the island. If you love fine dining, make sure you visit this cosy restaurant located on the boulevard.

One of my favorite if not outright favorite on the island. I have been then more than a dozen times and it is always an amazing experience. If you choose to go, definitely do the chef's courses meal - everything will be so unique and items you will likely never encounter again. If you are less adventurous with your palate, then there are traditional standbys done amazingly well.

Had a superb dinner last night. Really changed my mind and how good a restaurant can be with superb taste but smaller portions. Everything was absolutely fantastic and could really taste the individual ingredients. Highly recommend.

Excellent appitizers and main courses. Too full for dessert. They also have their "surprise" menus. 3,4 and 5 course meals where you just tell them what you don't want.
