After Hillside Apartments’ recent restaurant expansion the time was there to introduce a new dining experience, with a new menu, as from February 22nd. Marcel and Mirjam moved to Bonaire and joined the Hillside team to make the restaurant grow to a guest-oriented, interesting and more culinary restaurant where hospitality is key and beautiful taste combinations can be enjoyed.
“Say hello to another way of good food and enjoying the beautiful view with a delicious glass of wine and a tasty dish, so we can let you go home with a different experience. Of course Hillside remains a great restaurant and bar to chat with friends while enjoying a beer or a nice glass of wine, in which we will certainly keep serving some ‘familiar dishes’.”
Hillside wants to especially thank the former restaurant team for their great performance which made the restaurant to the succes it already is at the moment.
