On July 30 & 31 and August 3, an exceptional culinary ‘tribute to Jonnie’ was held at Brass Boer Curaçao, Baoase and Brass Boer Bonaire. This unique collaboration brought together chefs from De Librije, Inter Scaldes, Zarzo, Brass Boer, and Baoase to honor the legacy of Jonnie Boer.
Together, these chefs created a refined six-course menu inspired by Jonnie’s most iconic dishes. The result was an unforgettable dining experience that showcased the vision, creativity, and impact.
